The Bellevue Hotel, a family establishment
Catherine and Dominique Claude have been running the hotel for over thirty years. The couple has never stopped investing in the hotel and its restaurant in order to guarantee its customers a constant quality of welcome and service.
It is no coincidence that over the years this address has become a must for gourmets and customers looking for a well-tended establishment for their stay in the Doubs.
Once at the table in the restaurant room organised around the fireplace, one discovers the menu. On the menu is regional cuisine devised by Dominique and her team who are busy at the stove.
Close to retirement, Catherine and Dominique Claude have passed on their passion to their sons David and Romain. The former is busy in the kitchen, and the latter in the dining room.
